Production Tabletop Game Design

As the lead producer, I helped coordinate the development along with a focused 10 member team. I assisted in brainstorming and ideating the initial narrative and thematic concepts, as well as providing art and narrative direction over the lifetime of the project. I met weekly with the team in both all-hands and department specific meetings, tracking progress, delegating new tasks, and addressing pain points as the project continued.

Additionally, I helped design mechanical content, including items, monsters, and character sub-classes. After we finished concepting, I organized and hosted playtests to record feedback and ideate on existing designs before finalization. I also provided narrative writing and editing for the campaign setting and adventure, and helped to copy-edit the final document.
